Advantages:

Заезжали поздно ночью, предварительно договорились с хозяином, в итоге заезд и выезд был самостоятельный и без проблем. В 10 минутах езды от аэропорта, отличный вариант чтобы поспать после долгого перелета. Базовый набор удобств - кондиционер, холодильник, телевизор ,чайник, душ, вода и туалет

Disadvantages:

Кондиционер к сожалению только в одной комнате, видна изношенность квартиры, только одна кровать нормальная, диваны же жёсткие и не предназначены для сна.

Большие комнаты. Хорошие кровати. Есть видео наблюдение на парковке.

Disadvantages:
