Сдаётся только приезжим туристам не менее чем на 3-ое суток. Рядом вся необходимая инфраструктура: Пляж, сбербанк, аптеки, кафе, рестораны, кинотеатр, салоны...
В доме работает лифт, что немало важно для нашего города, вода в нашем доме всегда постоянно, так как в доме имеются свои резервуары.
Перед каждым подселением в квартире проводиться сан. уборка.
