Территория закрытая, имеется охрана, автоматические ворота, детская площадка и парковочные места.
Все удобства предусмотрены. Ремонт закончен в мае 2022 года.
Есть всё необходимое для проживания.
Через дорогу расположена Анжи-арена (крупнейший стадион в Дагестане) в нем имеется бассейн, развлекательные аттракционы, ресторан, ниндзя парк, верёвочный парк и ещё много всего интересного.
Море видно уже с окна, пешком недалеко.
Также через дорогу находится аква-ленд.
Нельзя с домашними животными, курение в квартире (для этого есть отдельный балкон на этаже).
