Advantages:

Квартира соответствует фото. Встретили и заселили прекрасно. При отъезде довезли до аэропорта. Удобное расположение, хороший ремонт, рядом детская площадка. Все есть для комфортного проживания. Чисто. Можно добавить коврик в ванную!
