Сдам уютный дом из 3 комнат, в доме просторная спальня с 2х спальной кроватью и телевизором, вторая спальня с 3мя спальными местами и кондиционером. Огромная гостиная студия где можно собираться все вместе и весело проводить время, с гостиной выход во дворик где можно посидеть во дворе на травке или приготовить что-нибудь на мангале ( будет стол со стульями).
Раздельный санузел, два туалета, вода постоянная. Постельные белье, полотенце все необходимое найдёте в шкафу.
Дом находится в 5-7 минутах езды до цента Каспийска, так же в 10 минутах от Махачкалы, удобная транспортная развязка кто едет в горы, на море и.т.д. От моря примерно 1200-1400м, 5 пляжей в 5 минутах на авто. Перед домом 3 парковочных места. Рядом с домом 2 магазина где можете найти все необходимое, на авто в 3-5 минутах Магнит, Оптовый продуктовый магазин и куча магазинов и кафешек.
