Сдаётся уютный дом на побережье каспийского моря в 15 мин. езды от аэропорта и Каспийска. Отдаленность от берега всего 150м. Главное достоинство нашего берега- безопасность, длинный заход в море. В доме 2 спальни на втором этаже, одна из которых с санузлом, и 2 балкона с видом на море. На первом этаже гостиная совмещенная с кухонной зоной и санузел. Двор обустроен для комфортного отдыха мангальной и обеденной зонами, душевой кабиной, возможен загон автомобиля. Имеется вся необходимая посуда и техника. В шаговой доступности расположены кафе с услугой доставки до 00:00 часов, продуктовые магазины.
Берег песчаный, обустроен дорожками, зонтами, лежаками, волейбольными и футбольными полями. На расстоянии 350 м от дома имеется частный загородный пляж с развлекательными программами Mia beach.
Возможно предоставление услуги встречи в аэропорту и вокзале на личном авто.
