Advantages:

Хозяева неназойливые. Горячая вода есть всегда.

Disadvantages:

Футбольного поля во дворе нет. Идти до нормального пляжа далековато, минут 20-25. маршрутки в этом районе не встречаются. Приходится ездить на такси, что при отсутствии мобильного интернета в городе, вызывает сложности. Не мешало бы поставить пару стульев в комнаты.
