Проживали в данной квартире в июле 2024 все фото соответствуют действительности, в квартире чисто, современный ремонт, новый дом, в квартире газовый котел, поэтому с горячей водой проблем нет, в доме находится продуктовый супермаркет, недалеко хорошая столовая, до моря 10-15 минут пешком, окна выходят на северовосток, поэтому солнце в окна не светит. С балкона видно море.
