Advantages:

Элитный дом, чистый современный подъезд, ухоженная квартира. Круглосуточно горячая вода, хороший кондиционер. Хозяйка интеллигентная, вежливая, быстро реагировала на просьбы. Место хорошее: магазины, кафе. Как до набережной, так и до пляжа минут 5.

Advantages:

Удачное расположение дома свежей застройки. Рядом большой чистый пляж. Вокруг дома много приятных кафе и ресторанов. Продуктовые магазины в шаговой доступности. Отзывчивые и гостеприимные хозяева.

Disadvantages:

Для меня был неудобен шкаф, но это больше относится к личным особенностям.
