Advantages:

Отличный вариант для семьи с детьми. Много пространства, есть даже место для стирки/сушки. Телевизор работает) куча каналов. Удобное расположение. В доме круглосуточный продовольственный магазин, идти через калитку буквально пара минут. Рядом Анжи Арена с парком развлечений и кафе/ресторанами. До пляжей Наука или Лагуна мин 10-15 пешком. До центра тоже недалеко, если идти "дворами". Двор закрытый, машин плотно, но место всегда находилось. Однозначно рекомендую!

Advantages:

Классная квартира, есть нюансы, но если приехал отдыхать, то и по не обратишь внимание. Дети даже не выходили. Пожелание хозяйке разобраться с телевизором. Отдельное спасибо хозяйке. Очень корректная, побеспокоилась за всё. Приедем и посоветуем не раз .
