Advantages:

Главное достоинство-это расположение. До пляжа 3 минуты идти. Из окон квартиры видно море, не прям полностью, но кусок виден прекрасно. Квартира удачно расположена- утром солнце попадает на балкон, белье прекрасно сохнет, к 11 часам уже солнце уходит в другую сторону и квартира не нагревается. Есть кондиционер. Квартира чистая, все необходимое имеется. Рекомендую!
