Advantages:

Чистота квартиры, хоть и ремонт косметический. Посуды хватает, приятно взять в руки, перемывать не надо. Постельное белье и полотенца белоснежные. Кондиционер, 3 телевизора, в т.ч и на кухне. До центра минут 7 пешком, до моря минут 12 пешком. Рынок рядом, различные магазины тоже поблизости. Проблем с парковкой нет.
