Advantages:

Квартира шикарная в новостройке, светлая, окна широкие, лоджии, шторы в комнате защищают от света, всё чисто, современный ремонт и мебель, в квартире есть всё для проживания, кондиционер новый, вид из окна обзорный! Хозяин приветливый! Нам с супругом всё понравилось, до магазинов идти 5 минут, столовую рекомендую посетить даже дома не готовили ничего! От аэропорта ехать на такси 15-20 минут! Однозначно рекомендую данную квартиру!
