Сдам уютный 3х комнатный дом. Во дворе дома находится зона для мангала, удобные диванчики, столик со стульями. Так же не далеко от дома расположены два круглосуточных супермаркета «Арбуз» и «Каспий». До парка и городского пляжа минут 20-25 пешком, и 5 минут на машине.
Так же ездит маршрутное такси.

Advantages:

Отдыхали компанией из 6 человек. Дом очень комфортный. Есть всё необходимое для проживания. Чисто, уютно, кондиционеры не дали умереть от жары. Очень приятная, доброжелательная хозяйка всегда была на связи, если что-то было нужно. Наида, спасибо вам большое за удобство и комфорт.

Advantages:

Много места, можно заселиться большой семьёй, все чисто и современно.

Disadvantages:

В принципе по самому помещению придраться не к чему. Разве что температуру воды в душе было не всегда просто было настроить. Смеситель с термостатом был бы кстати. Пешком до моря прилично идти, также как и до рынка и хороших магазинов. Если на авто, то проблем никаких.
